The City of Houston, Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) seeks applications from qualified single-family homeownership community developers to construct workforce housing that serves eligible low to moderate-income Homebuyers. Applicants must demonstrate a capacity to design, construct, market, and sell new single-family homes on a specific site selected by the City.
