Roof renovation to include for the complete replacement of approximately 45,427 square feet. This will include the complete tear off of the existing built-up gravel roof and standing seam metal roof replacement where noted. The renovation will also include the replacement of 14 rooftop HVAC units with new rooftop HVAC units, including roof curbs and related MEP. 2. All roof accessories shall be replaced in kind and including all new equipment where noted 3. Modifications to the existing roof are included in as part of providing new ISO roof installation throughout the flat roof and R33 installation in the sloping roofs were noted 4. New roof and all rooftop units including all roof accessories shall be installed and meet the TDI requirements for windstorm certification Questions Due Date: Dec 7th 2021, 3:00 PM CST.
