The general nature of the work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for the installation of a new perimeter fencing and automatic gate at Duarte City Yard located at 1850 Highland Avenue, Duarte, Ca 91010. Bidders should note that this area sits adjacent to the San Gabriel River. Soil conditions in this area are extremely dense and rocky. No additional compensation will be paid or additional time to finalize the project because of these conditions.
