A Performance Bond is required if the Contract Sum is in excess of $100,000. The performance bond is solely for the protection of the Owner. A Payment Bond is required if the Contract Sum is in excess of $50,000. Working Days 240 Working Days The Engineer will make visits to the Project Site at intervals as provided in the Engineer contract agreement with the Owner, to observe the progress and the quality of the various aspects of Contractor executed Work and report findings to the Owner.
