Saving Project...

Renovation of a military facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The intent of this scope is to replace the existing HVAC system on the 3rd floor northeast section of the building. This scope is based on the removal of the acoustical ceiling system-which contractor shall store and save the acoustical ceiling tiles for later reuse. The contractor shall temporarily support the existing fluorescent light fixtures from the concrete decking above the ceiling and shall remove all supply/return air ducting back to the existing air handler unit, disconnect the chilled water piping from the air handler and remove the air handler from the mechanical room. New equipment installation shall include new air handler unit, new supply/return air ducting, diffusers, grills, new VAV boxes with hot water reheat coils, and new hot water supply/return lines. The contractor shall modify the interior of the spaces and complete work as shown the attached drawings. The contractor shall install a new DDC control system and modify the existing electrical systems as required and as necessary to accommodate the new work.
