Nova Scotia Community College invites Bids for the Forestry Program Renovations - Phase 2 at the NSCC Truro Campus, Truro, Nova Scotia. The delivery and installation schedule is critical to NSCC. Work is to be completed NOT LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2022 Submit with Bid, a Bid Bond acceptable to NSCC in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Within ten (10) days after notification of award of the Contract, the Contractor shall provide NSCC with a Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Payment Bond each in the form prescribed by and acceptable to NSCC in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the Contract.
