The IFB is incorrect the start date of the agreement is January 15th, 2022 through January 14th, 2025. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH York and Trane Chillers Maintenance and Incidental Repairs. Contractor shall provide quarterly and annual preventive maintenance, incidental repairs, and 24-hour emergency service for two (2) York Millennium 1,000-ton centrifugal chillers and two (2) Trane RTAA 140-ton chillers. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be January 15, 2021, through January 14, 2024 Deadline for Submission of Questions 12/15/21 12:00PM Notice of Intent to Award Posted 12/21/21 Anticipated Start Date 01/15/21 The DSH reserves the right to reject all bids
