Renovation of an educational facility in Birmingham, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All cashier's checks must be scanned and submitted electronically through Building Connected by bid opening and be delivered to 31301 Evergreen Rd., Beverly Hills, Michigan 48025-3800, Attention: Cody Tousinant, Purchasing Coordinator within 48 hours of bid opening. The district will not consider a Bid that does not include a bid security. Bidders will be permitted to withdraw their Bid, unopened, after it has been submitted if so requested prior to the time specified above for opening of Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools. The successful bidder shall pay all taxes required by law. Bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and submit this with their Bid. The Bid will be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district, or the Superintendent of the school district. The district will not consider a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Bidder is not an "Iran Linked Business" within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The District will not consider a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Birmingham Public Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a Bid received by the Board after the date and time specified for receipt of Bid.
