residential units, 23 non-residential units, 2 Pool Gates and install a new Security
Management Lock System utilizing the Schlage Control Smart Interconnected
Locking System. Contractor shall provide two programmed credentials per (326)
residential Locks.
Sites are identified on Attachments A, B, C, D, E, F. CTHC reserves the right to make any
changes necessary to accommodate its programming needs.
The new Security management system shall consist of the following services,
equipment, website access and training at a minimum. SPECIFICATIONS:
o Latch: 1" x 2-1/4" square and round comer faceplate (square comer standard, round
comer included in package) 1" edge bore required
o Strikes: 1-1/8" x 2-3/4", square comer, no box, latch strike
o Backset: Adjustable backset, fits 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backsets
o Door Range: 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (thick door kit available - up 2")
o Battery: 4-AA batteries included, (If loss of battery power occurs, a 9V battery can
be used to jump start the lock and provide access with an assigned credential.)
o Construction: All-metal chassis and escutcheons
o Bore: 2-1/8"
o Credential: Supports smart and multi-technology aptiQ MIFARE classic or aptiQ
DESFire EVI
o Stile width: Minimum 4-1/2" stile for 2-3/8" backset, minimum 5" stile for 2-3/4"
o Return to Door: Saturn (SAT) and Neptune (NEP) are return to door code compliant
o Center to Center: Fits 4" or 5-1/2" center to center door preps -orderable options
