Work shall include the following buildings; Lackawanna County Government Center, Lackawanna County Center for Public Safety, Lackawanna County Prison, Lackawanna County Criminal Justice Center, Lackawanna County Courthouse, Lackawanna County Gateway Center, the Scranton Police Department, the Scranton Public Library, the University of Scranton, and the Marketplace at Steamtown Mall. Hand delivered proposals will be accepted and can be dropped off with the 1st floor receptionist. All proposals are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name and RFQ ID and contain all required information described herein. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same.
