Owensboro Municipal Utilities is requesting bids for the trimming and/or removal of trees interfering with OMUs lines; for cutting and/or chemically treating brush and undergrowth on OMUs right-of-way; and for disposal of the debris resulting from such work, as directed by OMU. The term of this agreement is for three (3) years, beginning February 1, 2022, with an option for one additional year. However, OMU may elect to terminate this agreement at the end of any calendar year by giving at least sixty (60) days prior written notice to contractor. OMU is also requesting proposals for time and material as well as a per linear foot big along with various other services. OMU reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
