Renovation of a conference / convention center in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
As of December 27 2021 this project has no awarded bidder yet. David Erwin from Kentucky State Fair Board, will meet contractors at the north side of Freedom Hall under Makeup ring. All questions will need to be emailed to Tom Wessling at twessling@cmtaegrs.com by noon on December 13, 2021. The primary purpose of this project is to install new parking lot lighting in the (E) lot. This will consist of (4) 60 foot poles with five light fixture heads per pole. There will also be two fixtures installed on top of the Make Up Ring.
