Description

Renovation of a hospitality development in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

To install, test, flush, and commission of the Energy Transfer Station to provide municipal district energy heating services for Ramada Hotel located at 444 George St, Prince George, BC. Energy Transfer Station (ETS): One (1) control panel, complete with controller and energy calculator. One (1) district heating flow meter, complete with matched pairs of temperature transmitters; One (1) district heating control valve; One (1) brazed plate heat exchanger; and Two (2) secondary heating pumps. Two (2) district heating isolation ball valves sized as shown in Contract Documents. HVAC Modifications in Plaza 400 and Plaza 444 as required for ETS install Documents can be obtained from https://princegeorge.bidsandtenders.ca/
