The Engineers Estimate for this project is $350,956.50 for the base bid and $6,000.00 for alternate bid. The Project includes the following Work: The reconstruction of South Street from Third Street to S. Pike Street. The reconstruction includes curb, sidewalk, pavement and storm sewer. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
