Pre-Qualification for Landscape Contractors to Construct Various Park Projects for a Three (3) Year Period Within the Town of East Gwillimbury. Pre-qualification (RFPQ) for contractor to provide Professional Contractor services to complete various works with the Town of East Gwillimbury's Community Parks, Recreation and Culture Department. Information regarding the scope of work is provided in Section 4. The objective of this Request for Pre-qualification is to obtain and evaluate relevant information from interested Respondents and to establish a short list of Selected Respondents who will be invited to submit competitive bids for the various Works. The Town anticipates that five (5) Selected Respondents will be short listed. Refer to Section 6 for additional details. If a minimum of five (5) vendors cannot be qualified under the terms of the RFPQ, the Town reserves the right to cancel this RFPQ.
