A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Genesee County Road Commission is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials & equipment to meet the specifications and requirements for complete the resinous flooring project at the Genesee County Road Commission located at 211 W. Oakley Street, Flint, MI 48503. - Steel shot blast & diamond grind 1980 sq. ft. of floor to abrade surface. - Key cut doorways and drains where necessary. -Apply two component epoxy joint filler to control joints and cracks. - Install 4" epoxy cove base prior to floor installation. - Install self-leveling urethane slurry 3/16" to 1/4" followed by mid coat of a flexible polyurethane membrane at approximately 60 mils followed by one coat of abrasion, uv, chemical resistant aliphatic urethane. The total cost for the completion of this project must be submitted.
