Site work and paving for a civil project in Herlong, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
11,500 lineal feet of 4 inch through 10 inch SDR 35 PVC, 24 new manholes, 160 lateral reconnections, 9,400 lineal feet of 6 inch through 10 inch AWWA C900 PVC, remove and relocate 12 fire hydrants, 3 new fire hydrants, 146 water service relocations/reconnections, 10 new residential water meters, 5,000 lineal feet of 3/4" through 1-1/2 inch polyethylene service pipe, miscellaneous concrete flatwork, 210,000 square feet of asphalt street replacement and 20,000 square feet of asphalt trench patch and all incidental work and related appurtenances. Substantial Completion: Contractor shall pay Owner $[1,500] for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) specified above for Substantial Completion, until the Work is substantially complete. 2. Completion of Remaining Work: After Substantial Completion, if Contractor shall neglect, refuse, orfail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Times(as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) for completion and readinessforfinal payment, Contractorshall pay Owner $[1,000] for each day that expires after such time until the Work is completed and ready for final payment.
