A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project includes maintenance type repairs and replacement of certain items of the Passenger Loading Bridges at Gates 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10 at the Atlantic City International Airport. All work shall be completed according to the manufacturer service recommendations and Bulletins by a manufacturer certified service vendor with a minimum of 5 years of documented experience performing maintenance work to airport loading bridges. The project shall be bid as follows: Base Bid #1 Replacement of vertical drive ball screws and motors at Gates 4, 8, 9 and 10. Base Bid #2 Base Bid #1, plus repair leaking vertical drive lift cylinders and check/fill hydraulic oil at Gate 3. Base Bid #3 Base Bid #2, plus ThyssenKrupp Airport Solutions Inc. spare parts (or Approved Equal) as described in the Summary of Work. Base Bid #4 Base Bid #3, plus JBT AeroTech Corporation spare parts (or Approved Equal) as described in the Summary of Work. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under at least one (1) of the following NJDPMC Trade Code(s) at the time of submission: DPMC Trade Code C008 General Construction DPMC Trade Code C009 General Construction / Alterations & Additions OR In lieu of NJDPMC certification, the bidder shall be considered pre-qualified by providing documentation showing a minimum of 5-years' experience of successfully providing maintenance services to airport loading bridges, similar to those requested herein. The bidder shall provide at least three current references with their listing of experience.
