This work will also include asphalt patching, drive and alley approaches and all other work necessary to provide for a complete project and as included in the Construction Schedule The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Wabash, Indiana. The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations. The City of Wabash, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
