All bids must be submitted to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey in a sealed envelope, marked SEALED BID #ESCNJ 21/22-19 on the front of the envelope/package. Respondents should be able to provide products and services to ESCNJ Co-op members throughout the State of New Jersey or within specific counties within New Jersey. Our Co-op currently has over 1,400+ members located throughout the State. The ESCNJ wants to assure the safety of all. All documents that have a notary requirement must be submitted with the bid but if you are unable to have those documents notarized before the bid opening, we will grant leniency in that you may submit those same documents with the notary requirement before the bid award. E-mail your request to coop@ESCNJ.us. Anyone down-loading bid specifications from our website should notify the Commission so that we can send notice of addenda. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids which, in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline. The duration of the Contract will be for 12 months with extensions as permitted by law, when in agreement to do so by both the awarded vendor and the ESCNJ. All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. New Jersey Business Registration Certification is required for all bids as well as the Political Contribution Disclosure Form. Statement of Ownership Requirement: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bidders shall submit a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all persons and entities that own ten percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels of ownership.
