Work of the Barstow CTE Modular Complex Phase 1 project includes site work for a new owner provided three relocatable buildings by Silver Creek Industries. Site work to include but not limited to grading, new parking lot expansion, new ADA path of Travel with stairs and ramps, paving, building foundation, building exterior plaster, building flooring, signage, site wet utilities, site electrical & low voltage of Barstow Community College District located at 2700 Barstow Road, Barstow CA 92311 and related site work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Form, Bid Bond, Subcontractors List, Proof of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations by both contractor and proposed subcontractors pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification of Workers' Compensation, and Agreement and Certification of Drug-Free Workplace. A payment bond and performance bond will be required prior to the execution of the contract. The College reserves the right to reject, as non-responsive, any bid submitted without these forms completed.
