Site work and new construction of a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
White Oak Tank The funding source for this project is Water SRF. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, White Oak Tank as follows: Construction of a 500,000-gallon multi-leg elevated water storage tank, with connection to a 24" diameter watermain and an overflow connection to a storm sewer, including all associated pipe, valves, and other appurtenances. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Boncf and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid The engineer's estimate for this project is $2,315,000.00
