Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Highland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Replacement of four (4) existing 8'X22' Acrylic Domed Skylight Clusters on the roof of the existing YMCA Swimming Pool Building as shown in the attached detail sheets provided by Layne Aire dated 10/14/21. Replacement units shall fully span the openings and be segmented in equal sections abutting one another with Aluminum gutter flashing and aluminum support tubes provided and installed between each intersecting skylight. Counter flashing shall be used to join each new skylight across the span and a structural aluminum tube support member shall be installed to support skylights at each intersection. Existing curbs are wood 2X members with textured and painted drywall inside of skylight openings. Contractor will be responsible for all patching and touch up painting as necessary to complete work as directed by the City Engineer. All flashing to be sealed for a watertight system and shall have a Kynar Finish to match existing (Owner to approve color sample submittal prior to ordering). Contractor to haul off all trash and debris. Contractor to include all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for a complete watertight installation.
