Project was awarded to Hassell Construction Group for a total contract amount of $1,586,683.22. This project is estimated to be $750,000.00 Base Price and $250,000.00 for Alternates. The City of Tomball shall receive, publicly open, and read aloud the names of the offerors and, if any are required to be stated, all prices stated in each proposal. Not later than the 45th day after the date on which the proposals are opened, the City of Tomball shall evaluate and rank each proposal submitted in relation to the published selection criteria. This information will be made available through our Public Works Department (281) 290-1411. Upon consideration of the proposals, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proposer's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in the selection process. All proposals received after the closing time designated will be returned unopened.
