Renovation of a municipal facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 29, 2021 the project has not been awarded yet. It is scheduled to go around Jan. 12, 2022.** Bexar County Public Works Boiler Replacement Project - The Public Works Administration Building needs to demo and replace (2) boilers. Demo existing (2) Lochinvar boilers o Input Rating 285,000 BTU o Housekeeping pad needs to be measured by vendor o Condensing boilers have PVC Stacks and can be reconnected o Install new (2) Raypak condensing boilers o Modify house keeping pad as required o Reconnect intake and exhaust flue to existing o Replace flow switch o Provide all permitting and inspections as required o Disconnect and reconnect electrical as required o Modify and connect gas and heating water piping required o Reinsulate heating water as required Time is of the essence. Bids received after the exact time and date set for submission above will be returned unopened. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
