This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective General Contractor entities to be considered for the work. (Prospective General Contractor entities are hereinafter referred to as "Respondents".) Purchase Contracts: The Owner reserves the right to negotiate purchase contracts with suppliers of material and equipment that may be incorporated into the Work. The Owner will assign these purchase contracts to Contractor.
