Locations are Fire Stations #1 (NE Quincy), #2 (SE 6th & Rice Rd.), #3 (SE 4th & Jefferson), #4 (SW Clay), #5 (SW 21st & Western), #6 (NE Seward), #7 (SW Oakley) , #8 (SW 27th & Fairlawn), #9 ( SE 29th), #10 ( SW 37th), #11 (NW Lower Silver Lake Rd), #12 (SW Urish), and the Fire Administration Building (SE 4th & Jefferson, same location as Fire Station #3 but is a seperate facility) The Work at each Fire Station is as follows: 1. Replacing the outdated furnaces, condensing unit, exhaust fans, and unit heaters with all new higher efficient furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Providing controls to report to the City of Topeka. 2. Replacing the outdated furnaces, condensing unit, exhaust fans, and heating and ventilation units with all new higher efficient furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Providing controls to report to the City of Topeka. 3. Replace the outdated rooftop heating and cooling units with new higher efficient rooftop units and adding exhaust to the apparatus bay. Replacing the outdated furnaces, condensing unit, exhaust fans, unit heaters, and PTAC unit with all new higher efficient furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Replacing the outdated furnaces, condensing unit, exhaust fans, and unit heaters with all new higher efficient furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Replacing the outdated VRF system, condensing unit, exhaust fans, and unit heaters with all new higher efficient heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Replacing the outdated furnaces, condensing unit, exhaust fans, and heating and ventilation units with all new higher efficient furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and unit heaters. Admin Bldg: Replace the outdated rooftop heating and cooling units with new higher efficient rooftop units, replace the basement air handling unit, condensing unit and boiler with furnace, heat pump, and mini split systems.
