Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Johns Creek, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Contractor will replace a bridge located along Bell Road which crosses an unnamed tributary of the Chattahoochee River. A location map is provided to assist locating the specific bridge and tributary. As a part of the work, the contractor will construct asphalt pavement, storm drainage, concrete sidewalk, and all other miscellaneous items necessary for the completion of the work within the City of Johns Creek (City),Georgia. The work includes the following project: Bell Road Bridge Over Cauley Creek Tributary.All work shall be constructed according to the Construction Plans and are made part of the contract by reference. Scope of work :The Contractor shall construct the project per:Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Specifications, Standards, and Details;The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications;The Plans - drawings/details/notes;Purchase Order;Fulton County Water Authority Standards Approved Schedule;City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; OSHA standards and guidelines;Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act,Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Questions must be asked electronically.Deadline for Questions is December 7, 2021 at 5:00PM.
