Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.

Madison Park Warming Oven Demolition and Removal The contractor shall provide time, labor, materials and equipment to demolish, remove, transport and dispose of Despatch walk-in warming oven located in Madison Park Main Kitchen Area ( Room 1-B02 ) Approximate size of the oven is 900 cubic feet. The work to be performed includes the removal of the following located in the Food Service area at the Facility: White Rope Door Gasket - approximately 30 linear feet, White HVAC Access Door Sealant - approximately 15 linear feet, Door Insulation - approximately 24 square feet, Internal Oven Insulation - approximately 60 square feet, Silver Rope Gasket - approximately 30 linear feet located in the Food Service Room at the facility. Work is to be done in accordance with all applicable federal (AHERA, OSHA, SARA, RCRA, DOT, etc.), state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines. Boston Public schools will pay for project monitoring and final clearance sampling.
