***As of February 4, 2022, the project has been awarded for the amount of $93,685.09.*** The Donna Independent School District is accepting Request for Qualifications for LeNoir Elementary Walk-In Combo Donna Independent School District is seeking a qualified vendor to remove current walk in freezer and install a new American Panel or equivalent walk in freezer/cooler combo or equivalent at J.P. LeNoir Elementary located at 316 N. Main St. Donna, TX. The awarded vendor shall provide all necessary tools, materials, labor and equipment to complete this turnkey project. The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing a general acceptable concrete foundation as per American Concrete Institute. All plumbing and electrical shall be the responsibility of the awarded vendor Install 12 1/2 ft x 25 1/4 " ft x 4" concrete pad for freezer on top of existing concrete foundation. Awarded vendor shall verify existing foundation is in good condition. Saw cut concrete and install ramp in front of doors. Must meet ADA compliance. Install 48" x 72" condenser pad Concrete pad shall be poured with 4,000 psi concrete, with fiber mesh reinforcement. Use Grade 6- #4 rebar 16" O.C-rebar will be tied at every cross with Grip-rite 16ga 6" long wire ties- rebar will be held in place with bar-lite plastic rebar chairs on 24" Install (10) bollards- 4", SCH 40 steel bollards filled with 4000 PSI concrete 48" below grade and 48" above grade American Concrete Institute ACI 302. 1R-04. In part states that "even with the best floor designs and proper construction, it is unrealistic to expect crack-free and curl-free floors and that such occurrence does not necessarily reflect adversely on either the adequacy of the floor designs or the quality of it construction"
