The BancorpSouth Arena reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted. Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to BancorpSouth Arena Tupelo, Mississippi. Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number unless a state- ment on the exterior says that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CHILLERS, COOLING TOWERS, AND BOILERS. THE PROJECT INCLUDES EQUIPMENT, PIPING, ACCESSORIES, BOILER STACKS, PUMPS, BUILDING CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL MODIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW EQUIPMENT. ALTERNATIVES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR A NEW ICE CHILLER PLANT AND REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING EMERGENCY GENERATOR.
