Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to remove the existing 89,720 sq.ft. EPDM roof assemblies down to the existing roof structure and the installation of a new EPDM adhered membrane roofing system with a 30 year manufacturer's warranty. The roof assembly includes a 5/8 inch protection board on the existing metal deck and a 1/2 inch cover board below the single ply membrane. The new insulation system shall meet the IECC 2018, the Nebraska Energy Code and provide a minimum weighted R-value of R30. Due to the funding source the project must be 100% completed by May 2022.
