Site work for a municipal facility in East Deer Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This Project is being undertaken to mitigate public safety risks associated with an existing highwall near the pedestrian entrance of the Tour Ed Mine and Museum Site (Project Site) in Fawn Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Drawings and these Technical Specifications. The intent of this project is to perform an exploratory geotechnical drilling program in order to support the forthcoming Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (Department), Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation (BAMR) slope stability analysis and retaining wall design(s) at the Project Site.
