This presolicitation notice is for dredging Cleveland Harbor FY22. It includes the spring and fall dredging. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bonding will be required for this project; any offeror shall have the proper capabilities. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION A.Questions/Inquiries. All questions pertaining to this requirement shall be submitted by e-mail no later than, 20 January 2022, 10 A.M. Eastern Time. The offeror shall put the solicitation number located in Block 1 of the SF 1442 followed by QUESTIONS in the subject line of the email. This determination expires on 04/07/2022 unless extended, revised, or terminated by the issuing office. Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 259 calendar days after notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
