Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,716-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Project will consist of the construction of a single-story structure, approximately 6,716 square feet, which will house fire department personnel by providing office, living, sleeping, work, and vehicle storage areas. The address of the project is 12405 Walden Road, Montgomery, Texas 77356. The undersigned agrees that the amounts bid in this Bid Proposal will not be withdrawn or modified for Ninety (90) Days following date of Bid Proposal opening, or such longer period as may be agreed to in writing by the Montgomery County ESD No. 2 and the Bidder. The Proposer shall secure and submit with Bid Proposal Form a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder is required to enter into the Standard Form of Agreement (AIA Document 201) and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract Price, along with all required insurance in the stated amounts within Ten (10) Days of the Notice of Award. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, all references to "day(s)" shall mean calendar day(s). Construction is currently anticipated May 2022 - May 2023.
