As of September 14, 2022, a design firm has beena warded for this solicitation. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Pinellas Park, Florida intends to undertake several retrofit projects to its facilities over the next several years. Many of these projects will be partially funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency's ("FEMA") Hazard Mitigation Grant Program ("HMGP"). These projects consist of various types of construction, but will include retrofitting roof systems, windows, and other openings against wind and rain intrusion, as well as the sizing and installation of fixed emergency generators at critical facilities. The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts for this service.
