Notices of revisions or addenda will also be published in an official County newspaper and copies of the addenda will be provided to prospective bidders in writing by certified mail or by certified facsimile transmission or by a delivery service. N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the Division of Purchasing, County of Monmouth, Hall of Records, 3 rd Floor, 1 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (AntiDiscrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. and (New Jersey Business Registration). The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations The award of contract shall be by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners within sixty (60) days after receipt of bids, unless otherwise extended at the request of the County with the consent of the bidder or bidders. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids. Prevailing Wage & Labor Laws. The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (P.L. 1963, Chapter 150) and provisions of the State Labor laws must be complied with by the successful bidder The County reserves the right to accept any one of equal or tie bids or proposals in accordance with N. J. S. A. 40A:11-6.1(d). This bid will be awarded on a lump sum basis. All items must be bid in order to be considered for award.
