Renovation of a medical facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Josephs Health Care (SJHC) London, and in particular the Facilities Management Department is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, for the supply of General Contracting services, Parkwood Institute Elevator Modernization. The project includes interim maintenance, modernization of five (5) hydraulic passenger elevators (2 elevators in Zone D and 3 elevators in Zone E), and a one (1) year warranty period upon completion of required work. Note, upon expiry of the one (1) year warranty period, the continued maintenance and service of identified elevators will be amicably relinquished to the original service provider. Modernization of all three Zone E elevators must include connecting them to the patient wandering system. The Wandering Resident System is Honeywell equipment. A maximum of one elevator in each zone can be down / decommissioned at any given time while all other remaining elevator(s) must remain operable. This RFP is for SJHC Project Number 207106.
