Site work for a pipeline in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

* * As of 1/21/2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All work shall be done in accordance with the Plans and Specifications dated April 2021. The work shall consist of the installation of approximately 16,800' of 8" steel pipeline, a regulator station and other pipeline appurtenances. Proposals must be submitted on standard forms provided in the Specification booklet and must be marked "Proposal for I-85 Connector Project". Each proposal must be accompanied by a deposit equal to five (5%) percent of the net price bid. This deposit may consist of cash or a certified check drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina or on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the City of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, or a five (5%) percent Bid Bond issued by any insurance company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina. All contractors are hereby notified that they shall properly comply with any North Carolina state laws governing their respective trades. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals.
