Trillium Management Development Company, LLC will be the contracting agency and the City of Buckeye will own and operate the improvements after final acceptance. Trillium Management Development Company, LLC is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) to provide design phase assistance to Wilson Engineers, LLC and to complete construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Trillium Water Reclamation Facility (WRF): Phase 1 (Project). Trillium Management Development Company, LLC intends to procure these services in accordance with Ariz. Rev. Stat. 34-603, et. Seq utilizing the qualification-based selection process. Trillium Management Development Company, LLC will be the contracting agency and the City of Buckeye will own and operate the improvements after final acceptance.
