Bids for construction of Twin Falls WWTP Boiler Replacement Project In the event of a technology failure, the Owner reserves the right to accept all Bids/Proposals submitted and electronically time stamped prior to Bid opening. The Project contemplated consists of replacement of two existing digester gas-fired boilers and required upgrades to HVAC systems in the digester control building at the Twin Falls WWTP. The project will include installation of new boilers (purchased by City of Twin Falls previously, but the Purchase Contract to be assigned the Contractor that is awarded this project); procurement and installation of other required mechanical and electrical equipment; structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical demolition; supporting piping, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air condition, fabricated metalwork, doors/hardware, painting, electrical, instrumentation and controls, site work, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the Work. The Work will be completed in all respects within 230 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The completed Work will provide Owner with two new gas fired boilers in the digester control building that will be used to meet the heating requirements of the anaerobic digesters and control building.
