The CIUSSS Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean is looking for one or more SERVICE PROVIDERS acting, in a collaborative perspective, as a stakeholder in the implementation of any change in line with its development approach. This mandate covers all current and future facilities of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean Integrated University Health and Social Services Center. However, the CLIENT divides the territory into 7 distinct lots corresponding to a sector. LOTS: Lot # 1A Chicoutimi Hospital Lot # 1B Chicoutimi (other establishments) Lot # 2 Jonquière Lot # 3 The Bay Lot # 4 Alma Lot # 5 Roberval Lot # 6 Dolbeau The CONTRACTOR awards the Contract by lot to the SERVICE PROVIDER who offers the lowest price, according to the award calculation formula, and who has submitted a compliant offer. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or more lots. The same SERVICE PROVIDER could be awarded all the prizes. The services may target various establishments located in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean territory, such as hospitals, CHSLDs, CLSCs, CHSLDs, Youth Centers, administrative offices and others. It should be noted that the establishment of the Maisons des Aînés, scheduled for fall 2022 in the cities of Alma, Roberval and Chicoutimi, will result in a modification of the services for the lots concerned. It should be noted that the frequency of collections may vary over time and may be adjusted at any time according to the CLIENT's need. The BIDDER should consider that the average volumetric weight of the equipment may vary from one site to another. For example, containers used at hosting sites are generally heavier than those used at administrative sites only.
