Cold Water Meters If Village Hall is closed to the public on the date of a bid opening, the Village will open the bid at its regularly scheduled date and time. If Village Hall is closed to both the public and employees, the Village will open the bid on the next business day that Village Hall is open to employees. Bids must be delivered to the Police Department prior to the original bid opening date and time. Interested bidders may request the video and/or the unofficial tabulation sheet from the Purchasing Department after the bids have been opened. Contract term: 1 Year The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Incorporated Village of Garden City.
