**As of 12/23/2021 Project has no awards yet time frame will be 2nd week of January 2022 which involves pavement removal and resurfacing with Warm Mix Asphalt Surface Course Pavement along the Turnpike mainline roadways, ramps, shoulders, toll plazas, rehabilitation of left shoulders and other incidental work from Milepost 0 to 83 in Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Mercer and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey. The principal items of work include: Roadway Excavation, Earth .23,000 C.Y. Aggregate Base Course, 6" Thick 94,000 S.Y. Warm Mix Asphalt 12.5M76 108,000 Tons Warm Mix Asphalt 25M76 . 19,500 Tons Pavement Removal, 2 1/2 " Depth 730,000 S.Y. Pavement Removal, 3" Depth 94,000 S.Y. Bidders must be prequalified under Contract Classification 3, Resurfacing Rating Unlimited prior to the receipt of bids. For proposals submitted by joint ventures, each member of the joint venture must be prequalified in the Contract Classification, and the sum of the ratings held by each member must be within 10 percent of the total price bid by the joint venture. In cases where the sum of the ratings exceeds $10 million, the joint venture's rating will be Unlimited. The Bidders are advised that the Proposal Bond form or the Letter of Surety form provided in the Authority's Electronic Bidding software must be executed by the Bidder when this type of proposal guaranty is selected by the Bidder. Bidders are also advised that Public Law 2005, Chapter 51 and Executive Order 117 (Corzine 2008) Certification and Disclosure forms must be executed by the intended awardee only.
