The County intends to enter into an agreement for the retrofit and/or replacement of various HVAC equipment located at the New Elections Headquarters located at 995 Roswell Street Marietta, GA 30060. The Contractor shall be required to provide proof that they are a current registered Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor with a commercial rating, with their bid submittal. All work must meet all Federal, State and Local codes and ordinances and the Contractor must comply with all E-Verify requirements and insurance requirements contained herein. Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, management, materials, tools and equipment sufficient to provide a fully operational HVAC system(s) as required. Owner-approved shop drawings will be required. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: o Provide engineering data and calculations supporting requirements necessary to condition the building for facility use. o Perform test and balance before completion date and three (3) months after completion of project. o All of the existing sheet metal referred to remain on pages M101a and M101B has been removed and will need to be replaced with new ducting and insulation. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) is generally defined as a Female, Black American, Hispanic American and any other minority owned business All penetrations and sealing of penetrations to the building will be the responsibility of the Contractor. All penetrations and sealing methods will be approved by the Owner before action is taken. o Project Foreman shall be on site during construction. o Project Manager shall attend all meetings. o Controls shall be Siemens.
