TCHC is seeking a qualified Proponent for the provision of warehousing & dispatch services for portable air conditioning (AC) units at various TCHC Locations. The timeline shall be for an initial three (3) year contract, with an additional two (2) one (1) year extensions (if required); or until all products have been distributed to tenants. The Proponent is responsible for receiving the products, and ensuring its storage at the proper facilities. Record keeping, inventory management, and consequent delivery services to TCHC locations shall also be required to be provided by the Proponent.
