For any information, the tenderer must communicate in writing only with Ms. Sonja Lauzon, Deputy Director General at the following email: dga@saintplacide.ca . Each tender must be accompanied by a certified check made out to the "MUNICIPALITE DE SAINT-PLACIDE" or by a bid bond issued in favor of the " MUNICIPALITE DE SAINT-PLACIDE " in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Only a bid bond established by an insurer holding an insurer's license issued by the Autorite des marches publics and authorizing it to practice the activity of guarantee within the meaning of the Act respecting insurance will be accepted under the terms of the documents of call for tenders. This bond and the tender must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date on which the tenders are opened. In addition, the bid must be accompanied by a letter of intent issued by a recognized insurance company guaranteeing the provision of a performance bond and bonds each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the tender in favor of the MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-PLACIDE .
The " Municipalite de Saint-Placide " does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor any obligation of any kind, towards the bidder (s). The " Municipalite de Saint-Placide " reserves the right to keep all or part of the items in the estimate.
