Renovation of a multi-residential development in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 184-unit multi-residential development.

Sweetwater Ridge Apartments, Florence, Alabama Vizion Driven Communities, LLC as developer for Sweetwater Ridge Apartments and in co-operation with Florence Housing Authority and Riverscape, LLC, is currently developing_184_ units of multifamily housing on the former site of Cherry Hill Homes. Phase I consist of 56 units in 7 residential buildings and a community center Phase II consists of 72 units in 9 residential buildings and a community center located at 452 Cherry Hill Homes. Phase III will consist of 56 units in 7 residential buildings. Tyree Homes consists of 20 single story units located adjacent to the Sweetwater Ridge Site. The developer is requesting proposals to provide a campus-wide WIFI network that will deliver highspeed internet service for all units and common areas. Proposals should include all equipment, installation and monthly services for the maintenance of the system to be installed, including equipment to be installed within the residential units. The proposed system should include WIFI coverage for the offices, the common areas and each of the 184 apartment units to be served. A Guest WIFI SSID for the entire property, private network SSID for each apartment unit with 100 x 100 MBPS internet speeds. Options should be provided to all low residents to upgrade for higher bandwidth, IPTV solutions and tele- phone services. The system should be fully inte- grated across the entire site using a fiber network with a central location in the clubhouse of Phase I. The ability to expand the system into an addi- tional units developed on the site in the near future will be an added consideration, although the price for this possible addition is not to be included.
