Sweetwater Ridge Highway Beautification Project and Sound Mitigation Plan Sweetwater Ridge Apartments, Florence, Alabama Vizion Driven Communities, LLC as developer for Sweetwater Ridge Apartments and in co-operation with Florence Housing Authority and Riverscape, LLC, is currently developing _184_ units of multifamily housing on the former site of Cherry Hill Homes. Phase I consist of 56 units in 7 residential buildings and a community center Phase II consists of 72 units in 9 residential buildings and a community center located at 452 Cherry Hill Homes. Phase III will consist of 56 units in 7 residential buildings. Tyree Homes consists of 20 single story units located adjacent to the Sweetwater Ridge Site. The developer is requesting proposals to provide landscaping plans for the beautification of the boundary of the site which parallels Florence Boulevard and US High 133. The proposal should include drawings of the proposed plant material and a full description of site preparation, one year of maintenance and one year warranty on all materials and workmanship. Sound Mitigation Plan The site is highly visible on two major traffic paths and has measured noise above 65 dcm. The plans require a minimum 6 foot fence with plant material to both reduce noise and enhance site appearance.
