Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to WCID#3 in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within fifteen (15) days after the notification of the award of the contract.
